The 169-acre property was obtained close to the present 50-acre manufacturing center which will help enlarge Vivo's manufacturing capacities and encourage its continuing growth in the nation, the business said.

The Rs. 4,000-crore investment, that doesn't incorporate the price of the property, will also spur job opportunities in the area, additional Vivo which entered the Indian smartphone market in 2014.
